BY PASS |
The By Pass Module is an interchangeable purge valve system installed between the connecting flange and the crosshead. Microdia proposes 3 types: Manual, Pneumatic and Hydraulic |
USE |
The system allows the user to purge the extruder whilst the head is connected. This allows the extruder to turn slowly to bleed out the compound, avoiding any burning in the extruder. It also allows the operator to pull the wire through the crosshead after a wire-break without stopping the extruder. |
